Winter chills set in

As we all sit and warm ourselves in front of our fires or heat pumps, the temperature has dropped to just eight degrees for the ANZ Sail Fiji cruising boats.

While the temperature is meant to hold for the night, the chills have set in with both boats being forced to sail through rain which is lowering the wind chill factor. Currently sitting in about 15 knots of wind, this could be a very long and cold first night.
